Oh what a treat to be invited to this beautiful and laid-back wedding at Camp Chief Hector in Kananaskis. Justine + Murray wanted a winter wedding because it’s their dream weather, they love the outdoors, and they wanted to get married next to a cozy fire. Hosting their family + friends was of huge importance to them — they wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of and having fun. After a night of playing games + dancing, guests stayed in the bunkhouse nearby, and then got together for breakfast the next morning!
Their day was filled with personal details. Justine wore her mother’s crocheted wedding dress that was made by her grandmother (!!!). Her sister-in-law made her bouquet and flower crown. Murray’s best man presented him with a toy lizard from their childhood during his reception speech (it’s a long story — trust us, it’s cute).
Thank you for including us in your wedding adventures :)
